(Medium) Entire Premier Lounge function suite - available on Friday nights.
(Large) The entire Premier Lounge and cafe area - only available on Saturday nights.
Booking a party at The Premier Lounge isn't just calling a number and hiring out a space. We go the extra mile to make sure we're catering for your every need from the buffet and music to any special recommendations. We have a three step approach to helping you plan your party ...
Step 1: Initial meeting.
We'll invite you in to check out the venue and spaces available and have a chat about how we can help you. This includes your preferred date, reasons why you'd like to hire the event, prices for the room hire, buffet options and any entertainment options like a DJ, photo booth, children's soft play and more.
Step 2: Personalise your event.
We leave you to mull over all the information we've passed your way and are at the other end of the phone if you need any more questions answering. After you've had time to think, we can talk more in depth about any specific requirements you may have like drinks, decor and colour scheme. We'll walk you through the set up of your room (dance floor, seating arrangement) and can pull up any photos you require at your event on our screens.
Step 3: Book your party.
Once you're happy with your selections and are ready to go ahead, we start making preparations for your event, organising everything and perfecting your arrangements. We'll call you one week before your event to calm any nerves and confirm any details.
